About Shaikh Islamic Academy and our founder
An online Quran academy for children and adults, led by a Hafiz-e-Quran, teaching correct reading step by step from the first letter.
Abdul Rafey, Hafiz-e-Quran
Founder, Shaikh Islamic Academy
Abdul Rafey memorised the Holy Quran and became a Hafiz in 2019. After six years of teaching the Quran to students in person, he founded Shaikh Islamic Academy with one aim: to help people of every age build a correct, lasting connection with the Quran. Today he personally takes every free demo class, checks each student's level and matches them with the right teacher from his team.
Our mission is to make correct Quran reading accessible to every family, one patient lesson at a time.

How we teach
Pronunciation first
Letters and makharij are secured before speed, so good habits form from day one.
One teacher, one student
Every class is one-to-one, with a teacher chosen by our founder.
A clear path
Noorani Qaida, then Nazra, then Hifz, Tafseer or revision.
Respect for families
A female teacher on request, times in your own time zone, and monthly progress notes.
