Cancellation, missed classes and refunds
Simple rules for monthly packages, written so every family knows what to expect.

In short
- Fees are paid monthly, in advance, at the start of each month.
- You can stop at any time. Tell us before the next month starts and you will not be charged for it.
- If you stop during a month you have paid for, classes continue until the end of that month. We do not refund part-months.
- Missed a class? Give 24 hours’ notice and we reschedule it within your plan.
- The free 30-minute demo has no cost and no obligation.
Monthly packages
Classes are sold as monthly packages of 2, 3 or 5 classes a week. See all packages and prices.
Stopping classes
You can stop at any time by letting us know on WhatsApp or by email before your next month begins. There is no fee for stopping and no long-term contract.
Part-months and refunds
Because fees are paid in advance for the month, we do not refund the unused part of a month. Your classes continue until the end of the month you have paid for.
Missed classes
If you cannot attend, tell us at least 24 hours before the class and we will reschedule it within your plan. Classes missed without 24 hours’ notice may not be rescheduled.
Changing package
If you would like more or fewer classes a week, tell us before the next month starts and the new package begins that month.
